Customer support
RIS Customer Support offers support services and consultation in case of any problem arising from working with our software solutions FAROS, Lumens 5+ and eNabava. Customer support team is available Monday to Friday during office hours (8 AM to 4 PM).
Technical Support
The main task of technical support is providing daily services of preventive protection with laying emphasis on the system and data security, as well as fast, efficient and quality services in elimination of any delays or failures in working with our information system. Technical support department is at your disposal Monday to Friday during office hours (8 AM to 4 PM).
RIS Online Support
With RIS online support we are able to tackle problems from a remote location, shortly after an application failure report, while having a phone conversation with our end-user.

In order to work with our applications, you will need a Thin@ client.
