On 2nd March 2018, the company RIS d.o.o. started with the implementation of the project “Introduction of IT service management ISO/IEC 20000”. Short description: The project „Introduction of IT service management ISO/IEC 20000” will help RIS implement the best practices in the field of IT services, establish better control mechanisms and optimize processes. This will result in greater customer satisfaction, as well as enable employees to engage more in development jobs, create value-added products, and create new products. The project will cover all existing and future customers, users of business system maintenance services.
