PRIS is designed as an IT system for broadcasting fees calculation and payment processing. It is intended for the work operations of the Subscription Service, one of the vital departments of HRT (Croatian Radiotelevision), responsible for proper and above all timely collection of broadcasting fees. It supports processes of issuing invoices for the broadcasting fee on the monthly basis, calculation of associates earnings, update of returned invoices via OCR reader, processing FINA statements, receiving cash payments at the cash register, data exchange with banks, bookkeeping of broadcasting subscription for legal entries and natural persons, issuing dunning notices for overdue payments, creating dunning notices prior to execution, bringing legal actions against individuals and legal entities.
Program solution Accounts Receivable (Saldakonti Kupaca or SAK) designed for HRT is a system made for bookkeeping of all outgoing invoices, including domestic commerce, foreign commerce and marketing. The application is used for issuing invoices for domestic and foreign commercial sector and marketing. Import of marketing invoices, as well as manual data entry and update are also possible.
GGG – One of the tasks of the HRT record library is documenting all kinds of radio shows that for some reason are considered significant to be recorded on CD or tape stored in the library. Archiving the music recordings and voice emissions implies too making the appropriate documentation for each compact disc or tape. Application GGG advances the document searching and viewing options on the HRT intranet.
Information System for External Cooperation Management (ISUVAS) brings together: planning, proposal, approval and conclusion of the copyright contracts, performer contracts and contracts prior to the creation or execution of compositions, payment of contract fees within contractual deadlines, planning and approval of use of funds for these fees and signed contracts storage. More than 3,000 different contracts may be signed a month, and various cooperation analyses at various times and by various indicators may be carried out.
